Job Summary

• As the Head of Accounts & Finance, you will oversee accounting and financial management activities while ensuring accurate reporting and effective financial controls.

Responsibilities

• Oversee financial reporting, accounting operations, and financial controls
• Manage accounts reconciliation, budgeting, cash flow, and financial planning
• Ensure accurate financial records and compliance with accounting standards and statutory requirements
• Utilize ERP systems and Excel to monitor financial data and prepare management reports
• Lead the finance team and ensure timely delivery of accounting and financial activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in accounting and financial management, preferably within FMCG
• Strong working knowledge of ERP systems and Microsoft Excel
• Proven ability to work effectively in a high-pressure and fast-paced environment
• Strong financial analysis, reporting, leadership, and accounting skills.

Salary
N800,000 - N1,000,000 monthly.
